I recently bought a Vitamix and have been trying lots of different smoothies. Here’s this afternoon’s recipe:
5 cucumber slices
handful of celery chunks
1/2 apple
5 mango pieces
3 pineapple pieces
handful of soynuts
handful of walnuts
handful of green grapes
handful of spinach
1/2 lemon
1/2 lime
I buy bags of frozen mango, blueberries, strawberries, and pineapples. I cut my bananas in half and freeze them for the week. (I bought a reconditioned Vitamix directly from their website and saved some money! It works great and has the same seven year warranty as a new one.)
